F91:414 bar (6000 psig)
F92:414 bar (6000 psig)
Brass: 207 bar (3000 PSI)
Operating Temperature
PTFE packing: -54 °C to 232 °C (-65 °F to 450 °F)
PEEK filler: -54 °C to 260 °C (-65 °F to 500 °F)
Graphite filler: -54 °C to 649 °C (-65 °F to 1200 °F)
Integrated valve body structure
Two section valve stem design, with special hardening treatment on the upper valve stem thread and rolling hardening treatment on the lower valve stem surface
The lubricating grease on the upper valve stem thread is isolated from the system medium
The non rotating lower valve stem moves up and down instead of rotating up and down, reducing the friction on the packing during each stroke and minimizing the bite between the valve seat and valve head
The valve has a back sealing function in the fully open position
Panel installation is possible
The handle is locked with screws at both ends, which is stable and durable
Multiple color handles available for selection
Each valve undergoes a sealing test with nitrogen gas at its rated working pressure before leaving the factory
